About us
After 30 years of public service in welfare and housing, Tania is continuing her passion for supporting and guiding others, using her skills and experience to help small businesses thrive.
An experienced COO (Chief/Director of Operations), Tania's strengths include staff development and training, business improvement, project implementation, machinery of government and liaison, operational policies and procedures, and client services. She has a passion for bringing out the best in others.
Andrew brings the private sector expertise, large-scale project management and business development skills, along with a healthy dose of ambition to balance Tania's pragmatism.
Our network of professional colleagues and carefully recruited staff round out the team, which makes sure we have the right person with the right skillset, for each appointment.
